If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days. You may be refunded within 7 days.

To return your item's please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed return instructions form. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund.

Shipping

Orders generally ship within 48 hours of processing.  We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. If you need an order by a specific date, we highly suggest express shipping.

Returns
Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative  within 3 days of shipment for return instructions. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and products. Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 50% restocking charge.
